As a customer of Elitalyspain, you are entitled to standard FREE delivery service across EU. Unfortunately, at the current moment shipping is not available to Malta, Romania, Cyprus regions.
All standard domestic orders (EU) usually take 7-14 working days.
Please note, we do not take any responsibility for delivery to shipping companies or freight forwarders, this will be at your own risk.
As a customer, you will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs, should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. At Elitalyspain, we do our best to deliver within the stated time, however; we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.
Apply for a return of the goods within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Please ensure that you are present at the delivery address to receive your delivery, as additional charges for return and re-delivery may apply, if re-delivery is requested in the case of non-domestic deliveries. If a refund is requested, the original delivery charge in addition to the cost of the return will be subtracted in the final refund (20€).

Returns Policy

In order for the items purchased to be eligible for a return:
– Items must be unused, unworn, fitted with the original tags and packaging, and with no markings or any type of damage.
– Items must be returned in the condition they were received in, otherwise refunds & exchanges cannot be enforced.
– All returns must be shipped within 7 days of being received. Please use a tracking number on all returns/exchanges, we can only refund/exchange for goods we receive that fit our terms.
– SALE ITEMS: can be exchanged or refunded via store credit only, if they meet our terms and conditions.
– Underwear: for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear/swimwear. You’ll be notified when purchasing, if an item is non-returnable.
Purchases placed via Apple Pay or Google Pay can only be refunded as store credit.
– Money will be refunded within 14 working days after receiving the goods back to the seller.
